LED digital display and key function,
Allows users to adjust or query the parameters of the flow meter on site.


The F9000 series digital gas mass flow meter is made using a Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) flow sensing chip, suitable for various clean, relatively dry small flow gas measurement and process control purposes. The unique packaging technology enables the product to meet different flow measurement ranges, ensuring high sensitivity, high reliability, high stability, and low cost.

The F9000 series is composed of MEMS flow sensing units and high-precision digital processing and calibration circuits (MCU). It is integrated Δ-Σ The A/D converter, logic circuit with internal calibration function, MCU processor, and display unit module jointly ensure the real-time and effective collection of sensing signals, obtain accurate flow signals, and perform corresponding compensation algorithm processing internally. The testing principle of flow meters determines that there is no need for any external calibration compensation to ensure high-precision flow output; Friendly digital output communication method, users can easily use digital communication to obtain corresponding rich data information; The product has a wide range of applications.
