PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The S5012 gas mass flow meter is made of a microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensor chip. It is suitable for clean and relatively dry gas flow measurement and process control for various purposes. 

The unique packaging technology allows the product to meet different ranges of flow measurement. , ensuring high sensitivity, high reliability, high stability and low cost.

S5012 is based on a MEMS flow sensing unit and a high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU). The integrated delta-sigma A/D converter, logic circuit with internal calibration function and MCU processor together ensure that the sensing signal is real-time Effectively collect, obtain accurate flow signals, and perform corresponding compensation algorithm processing internally, so there is no need to do any external calibration compensation to ensure high-precision flow output; the user-friendly digital output communication method is very convenient for users Communicate to obtain corresponding data information.
