Mass Flow Meters and Controllers for Gases
The CS900 series mass flow controller is an intelligent, high-precision gas flow controller product developed using the industry's advanced high-quality microelectromechanical (MEMS) flow sensor chip, combined with high-speed digital processing technology and industrial design.
This product is equipped with an electromagnetic proportional valve, a 316L stainless steel gas circuit seat, a high-precision microelectromechanical flow sensor chip, etc. It has the characteristics of high precision, fast response speed, and good stability, making it suitable for gas, petroleum, chemical industry, energy, hospitals and many other fields.
The measuring range of this series of products is optional from 100SCCM to 10000SCCM, with a typical accuracy of 1%. The output signal types include: 4-20mA and 1-5V analog signals, as well as RS485 digital communication method.
